‘She Runs’ is dedicated to empower women to become a better self from the inside out and we hope to accomplish this in two ways.

First of all, through our participants, that’s you! Being a woman and athlete we always want to improve ourselves. To help you in achieving your fitness goals effectively, we have our certified instructors with professional knowledge in different health and fitness areas to guide you. Join us at the event and experience a weekend fully filled with fun, excitement and motivation.

Secondly - By giving back to the society. We hope to gather active women professionals to help inspire others, and bring awareness to charity work. Joining hands together and do our part in making a difference to the society.

All proceeds received from the event will be donated to Yayasan Kanser Kanak-Kanak (YASKA). With the donations, we hope we can make a difference to the children diagnosed with cancer.
